In order to guarantee the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting your privacy and your rights, we report below the information relating to the processing of your data.

(A) Purpose of the processing

To respond to your booking request;

for the fulfilment of obligations arising from a contract of which you are a party or to fulfil, prior to the execution of the contract, to your specific requests. Being this a necessary processing for the definition of the contractual agreement and for its subsequent implementation, your consent is not required, except in case the so-called sensitive data are given. For such data your consent is necessary and will be processed for the sole purpose of providing you with the requested service. You can withdraw your consent at any time;

to personalize your stay and start a personal and direct relationship, using the "MyPage" system, through which we will acquire some data you will provide us to carry out a more efficient customer care service. For this purpose your consent is necessary: you will decide when to delete them from the MyPage section of our website;

to comply with current administrative, accounting and tax obligations.


(B) Consent

The consent to data processing is mandatory to use our product and/or services, for the purposes indicated in the previous points.

In case of refusal to provide personal data, we will not be able to confirm the reservation or provide you with the requested services.


(C) Processing methods

In relation to the aforementioned purposes, the processing may be carried out using paper, IT or telematic tools, in compliance with all the necessary precautions that guarantee the security and confidentiality of the information.

The data may be processed by subjects internal and/or external to the company as data processors and/or controllers.

The duration of data retention is strictly connected to the time necessary to fulfil your requests.


(D) Scope of communication and dissemination

The data, for the pursuit of the purposes indicated in point A, may be communicated: to professional and consulting firms in the accounting, tax, labor and legal fields;

for the supply of products/services requested by the customer, to external companies in charge of data processing.

The data will not be disclosed in any way.


(E) Rights of the data

Subject and Data processing Controller We would also like to inform you that the EU Regulation recognizes certain rights, including the right of access and rectification, cancellation or limitation or opposition to processing, in addition to the right to data portability, if applicable (arts. 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 679/16). You can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, according to the procedures provided for by current legislation.
