(A) Purpose of Processing
To respond to your booking request;
for the execution of obligations deriving from a contract of which you are a part or to fulfil, before the execution of the contract, your specific requests. Since these are treatments necessary for the definition of the contractual agreement and for its subsequent implementation, your consent is not required, except in the case in which, so-called sensitive data are provided. For such data, your consent is necessary, and they will be processed for the sole purpose of providing you with the requested service. You can withdraw your consent at any time;
to fulfill current administrative, accounting and tax obligations.

(B) Consent
The granting of consent to the processing of data is mandatory in order to be able to use our products and/or services, for the purposes indicated in the previous points.
In case of refusal to provide personal data, we will not be able to confirm the reservation or provide you with the requested services.

(C) Processing methods
In relation to the aforementioned purposes, the processing may be carried out using paper, IT and telematic tools, in compliance with all the precautions necessary to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the information.
The data can be processed by subjects internal and/or external to the company in their capacity as persons in charge and/or responsible for the treatment.
The duration of data retention is strictly connected to the time necessary to fulfill your requests.

(D) Scope of communication and dissemination
The data, for the pursuit of the purposes indicated in point A, may be communicated to:
professional studies and consultancy in the accounting, tax, labor and legal fields;
to external companies in charge of data processing, for the supply of products/services, requested by the customer.
The data will not be disclosed in any way.

(E) Rights of the interested party, owner and manager of the treatment
We also wish to inform you that the EU Regulation grants you certain rights, including the right of access and rectification, or cancellation or limitation or opposition to processing, as well as the right to data portability, if and as applicable (Articles from 15 to 22 of EU Regulation No. 679/16). You can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, according to the procedures established by current legislation.
